SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane police are investigating a potential murder-suicide after finding a mother and her two children dead in their home this morning in Northwest Spokane.
Just before midnight, police received a call to the 2600 block of west Woodside Avenue in Northwest Spokane. The caller was the husband who said he came home to find his wife and two children dead.
As SPD arrived on scene, they found three bodies and identified that the two children were both under the age of 12.
At this time, Major Crimes Unit is on scene and begin to investigate this incident. Initial information indicates that that this was a potential murder-suicide.
The mother is said to be the suspected killer in this incident, SPD has no other suspects at this time.
The identity of the mother and her children will be released at ta later date by the Spokane Medical Examiner’s Office.
