PAYETTE, Idaho — One has died after a crash involving a pick-up truck and a semi on US-95 near Payette.
On Oct. 10 around 1:40 p.m., Idaho State Police were called to a vehicle collision on US-95 near mile post 55.
Through investigation, a 38-year-old man for Homedale was traveling northbound on US-95 in a Chevrolet Silverado when he crossed the center line.
When that happened, he collided with a Kenworth semi-truck traveling southbound. A 45-year-old man from Grand View was driving the semi when the incident happened.
When emergency personnel arrived, the driver of the Silverado was dead at the scene.
Traffic was blocked for eight hours while law enforcement investigated and cleared the scene.
