GRANT COUNTY, Wash. — Washington State Patrol is investigating a fatal crash in Grant County that closed Road 3-NE between Road Q and Road T on Sunday evening.
According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office (GSCO), the crash happened while deputies were chasing a car related to a felony hit and run crash that happened in Moses Lake.
During the pursuit, the car crashed head on into a service truck, killing both the driver and the passenger.
The service truck driver was injured and is being treated at a local hospital.
Washington State Patrol has taken over this investigation since the crash involved deputies with the GSCO.
