THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. – Washington State Patrol has issued a silver alert on behalf of the Thurston County Sheriff’s Department for 81-year-old Thomas Balbo.
Balbo was last seen March 1, at 7:10 a.m. on foot in the area of Black Lake.
He does have urgent medical issues that require he be found as soon as possible.
It is unknown what he was last seen wearing but he is around 5’ 5” and has gray hair and brown eyes.
