Washington law enforcement offering $5,000 reward on information of armed and dangerous fugitive

SPOKANE, Wash. – Law enforcement agencies in Washington are offering a $5,000 reward for information on an armed and dangerous fugitive.

This is a new increase from the previous $3,000 offered on Feb. 23.

David Cato of Spokane is wanted on three felony warrants, including assault, vehicle theft, burglary and attempting to elude police.

The U.S. Marshals Service is stepping in to support the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office and Stevens County Sheriff’s Office by increasing the reward to $5,000 for information that leads to Cato’s arrest.

Law enforcement notes that Cato is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone with information should immediately contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 1-800-336-0102.
