Twigs on Spokane’s south hill closing after 20 years

SPOKANE, Wash. — A popular restaurant on Spokane’s south hill is closing after 20 years.

Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar announced its location on S. Regal will be shutting its doors this summer.

The restaurant did not provide a reason for the closure nor an exact timeline but said it would close “sometime in the middle to late part of June.”

After 20 incredible years on the South Hill, we have made the difficult decision to close our South Hill Twigs location. This community has meant so much to our family and to everyone who has been part of Twigs over the years. We are deeply grateful for the support, friendships, and memories that have been created here since the day we opened our doors. What started as a restaurant became something much more — a gathering place where celebrations happened, friendships grew, and countless memories were made.We want to sincerely thank our amazing team, past and present, who helped make Twigs South Hill such a special place. Their hard work, passion, and dedication created the warm and welcoming atmosphere that so many people came to know and love. We could not be more thankful for everything they have given over the years. We are also grateful that several of our team members will continue on with us at other Twigs locations. While this chapter is coming to an end, our love for the South Hill community remains as strong as ever. This is not goodbye forever. We care deeply about this neighborhood and hope to find a new opportunity to be part of it again somewhere down the road.We anticipate our final days of service will be sometime in the middle to late part of June, and we will share a confirmed closing date as we get closer. Until then, we look forward to serving our guests and celebrating the memories we have all created together over the past 20 years.To every guest who shared a meal, celebrated a milestone, met friends for happy hour, or simply made Twigs part of their routine- thank you.
