SPOKANE, Wash. — The Pacific Northwest Food & Wine Festival is returning to the region this fall. This year you can experience the food from an internationally acclaimed chef as the headliner.
The festival features three days of events celebrating the flavors of our area October 9-11.
This year’s headliner is Chef Shota Nakajima. He is a three-time James Beard semi-finalist with appearances on Top Chef and the Food Network.
Chef Shota sat down with KXLY’s Rob King to chat about what people can expect from the festival, his inspirations, and more.
