SAGLE, Idaho — Depending on the weather Wednesday night, Idaho Department of Transportation crews will begin re-striping the intersection of Highway 95 and Lakeshore Drive.
When completed, drivers will no longer be able to turn left onto the highway from Lakeshore Drive and head to Sandpoint. Instead, drivers will have to turn south and then use a J-turn to turn north.
Northbound drivers on Highway 95 will still be able to turn left onto Lakeshore Drive.
During striping operations drivers should expect flagging on Lakeshore Drive.
Later this summer, a raised concrete median will be installed to physically prevent the left turning movement.
