Suspect not located after SWAT called for domestic violence incident in west Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane Police Department (SPD) has cleared the scene of an apartment complex in west Spokane after not locating a suspect.

Police tell NonStop Local that this incident started as a domestic violence call, stating that the suspect threatened to kill at least one person. SWAT was called to North Monroe and West Mansfield around 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 29 after they believed the suspect was inside the apartment. After obtaining a search warrant, police entered the apartment but did not find the suspect they were looking for.

SPD says they are still looking for the suspect, they are wanted for felony domestic violence and unlawful possession of a firearm. Police did not describe the suspect because there was no threat to the public.
