SPOKANE, Wash. – A single-vehicle crash has downed a powerline across the road, closing Division St. in the area of Cozza Drive.
Both north and southbound lanes are blocked at this time. Spokane Regional Transportation Management Center advises drivers to use alternative routes for the time being. There is no estimated time for reopening at this time.
