LEAVENWORTH, Wash. — Were you able to snag a ticket the sold out Oktoberfest festivities in Leavenworth this weekend? Well, you are lucky then because you are in for a packed weekend.
This year, the German inspired town of Leavenworth, is welcoming all attendees to this years Oktoberfest! They will be combining some old and new traditions together.
They are hosting three weekends to enjoy these events. The Sept. 29-30 and Oct. 6-7 events are sold out but there are still limited tickets for Oct. 13-14. If you want to get tickets, go onto the Leavenworth Oktoberfest website now!
If you are driving to the event, keep in mind that the intersection of Us-2 and Icicle Road is now a roundabout! Please be alert and patient to this new traffic change.

Also, all hotels and camp sites around Leavenworth are sold out for the Sept. 29 – 30. So, if you are attending any of the other dates get a hotel early! Go to the event website and book now.
Tickets for Oktoberfest get you access to all of the venues. Once you enter the event, you can purchase tickets for beer, non-alcoholic beverages, food and merchandise.
If you are bringing your kiddos to the event, there will be a Kinderplatz area that will be $5 on Fridays and $10 on Saturdays (kids 12 and under are free). This will have rides, food and merchandise for kids which you explore all the adult Oktoberfest activities.
