KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho – A Hayden man has been arrested after stalking someone while on felony probation for the same crime.
According to the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO), 41-year-old Robert Clemens was on felony probation for stalking after being found guilty in 2021. KCSO said Clemens was recently displaying similar behavior with a new victim.
After a long search by KCSO deputies, Clemens was arrested and booked into the Kootenai County Public Safety Building on charges of first-degree stalking and violating his probation.
