WALLACE, Idaho – The Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) is investigating a reported armed robbery south of Wallace on Moon Pass.
The victim, who was hunting in the area, told the SCSO that two people approached him and asked if he was armed. Shortly after, Sheriff Holly Lindsey said, he was hit over the head with a hard object.
The two suspects were driving a white, beat up sedan, with a tied down trunk, according to SCSO.
The sheriff’s office is also hearing reports of another potential armed robbery in the St. Joe region. Sheriff Lindsey told NonStop Local that no victims have come forward.
