OTHELLO, Wash. – An investigation into an alleged widespread odometer fraud scheme yielded an additional arrest on Thursday.
Terry Cissne was arrested during a raid conducted by Adams and Franklin County law enforcement.
According to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, Cissne was allegedly a part of an odometer fraud and vehicle sale operation along with Reynaldo Valdez Garza Jr., who was arrested on March 5.
“The joint effort between Adams County and Franklin County law enforcement agencies continues to uncover the extent of odometer fraud within the region,” law enforcement said.
In addition to odometer fraud, Cissne was charged with theft and a DUI.
