SVPD looking for information about a shooting on Oct. 7

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Spokane Valley Police Department (SVPD) is investigating a shooting involving two vehicles near Sprague and Bowdish on Saturday, Oct. 7.

According to SVPD, deputies responded after several calls about gunshots fired around 8:50 p.m. and discovered multiple shell casings though no injuries were reported.

Detectives are looking for a white sedan, possibly a BMW with damage caused by gunshots, and a dark-colored truck, possibly an F150, that was reportedly involved in the shooting.

SVPD said they are also looking for additional victims, including businesses, homes, and vehicles affected by the incident.

Businesses with camera footage that covers Sprague between Bowdish Road and University Road are asked to check their systems between 8:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. on Oct. 7 to see if footage of the crime was captured.
