SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Lilac Festival Association announced the winners of this year’s Junior Lilac Parade, the only middle school marching band competition in the region.
The parade happened Saturday morning in downtown Spokane. This year, over 60 units participated in the parade with 14 marching bands.

The Grand Sweepstakes honoree will appear in the Armed Forces Torchlight Parade on Saturday, May 16 in downtown Spokane.
