COVID-19 cases are still continuing to rise and fall depending on where you look. We glance at the positive case numbers in Spokane County and the surrounding areas, especially Whitman County, home of WSU. As cases have continued to rise in Whitman County, the college is pleading with students to remain in Pullman this weekend to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
