LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Actress Sydney Sweeny appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Wednesday and brought a special gift all the way from Spokane.

The 26-year-old actress was born and raised in the Lilac City, attending Saint George’s School in north Spokane.

Fallon has a long history of being a Gonzaga Basketball fan, asking the team to make guest appearances on the show during the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

On Dec. 12, Sydney was a guest on the show and referred back to Fallon’s love of the Zags and in the holiday spirit, she brought him a gift.

“I brought you a little present… Last time I was here, we we’re talking about my hometown, Spokane, and you were saying you’re a big fan of Gonzaga, so I brought you something,” Sweeny said.

After questioning the gift, Fallon slowly opened the box to reveal a Gonzaga basketball signed by the entire men’s team.

“Are you kidding me? Look at this,” Fallon said while showing the ball to the crowd. “What are you talking about? You are so cool; how did you do this?”

Sydney said it was possible after some team members contacted her through social media.
