SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — The Spokane Valley Police Department is asking for the community’s help locating two missing girls.
According to deputies, 12-year-old Selene Ymer and 12-year-old Brooklyn Wood were reported as runaways by their parents on Thursday.
Law enforcement officers have not confirmed the girls ran away but it’s believed they are traveling together on their bikes possibly heading to the Rathdrum area. Deputies says they could be headed anywhere, however.
Selene Ymer is described as a white female who may present as male. She’s approximately 5’07”, medium build with brown eyes and short purple hair. She was last seen wearing a large dark t-shirt and baggy jeans.
Brooklyn Wood is described as a white female, approximately 4’09”, 80 lbs. with blue eyes and short brown hair with green highlights.
