Spokane Valley law enforcement arrest man allegedly found sleeping in vacant room

SPOKANE, Wash. – A man was arrested for allegedly trespassing on private property and sleeping in a vacant room on Tuesday.

According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s department, Malcolm Davis was arrested after he allegedly accessed Hometown Studios and slept in a vacant room.

Davis was out on bond for a previous theft charge. The Spokane Police Department claims that he stole a braille phone from a blind woman on Feb. 21.

He is now in Spokane County Jail and facing two additional charges pertaining to the alleged conduct.
