SPOKANE, Wash. — On Nov. 11, we honor those who have fought for our country. In observance of Veterans Day, Spokane County and the City of Coeur d’Alene have released their closures.

In Spokane County, all city offices will be closed. Also all on-street parking meters in town will not require payment on Nov. 11. But as a reminder, all parking rules, including time limits, still apply.

Spokane Public Library branches will also be closed on Nov. 10 – 11.

For the City of Coeur d’Alene, City Hall and all city offices will be closed on Nov. 10 in observance of Veterans Day. These city offices and facilities will be open on Nov. 13.

From Nov. 6 – 12, the City of Spokane would like the public to know that this week is set aside for “Operation Green Light for Veterans.” The County Courthouse Tower will be lit up with green lights as part of a nationwide effort to support military veterans.
