SELKIRK, Idaho – Selkirk Fire Rescue and EMS were able to put out a kitchen fire at a house on Comeback Bay Lane near Sagle, Idaho.
This morning on Feb. 26 at 3:05 a.m. units from Selkirk Fire were dispatched to a residence that reported a kitchen fire.
Crews from Sagle, Sandpoint, and Northside were to prevent the fire from spreading and saved most of the home from being consumed.
All occupants and pets were able to safely get out of the home and the only injury reported was minor burns to a resident.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
