QUINCY, Wash. — The Quincy Police Department is asking to public to help locate a 66-year-old man last seen on Nov. 10.
66-year-old James Cox was last seen on Nov. 10 around 10:30 a.m. and was said to be waling on Road 9 Northwest in Quincy.
