SPOKANE, Wash. – A pedestrian is in the hospital after being hit by a car near Spokane Community College Thursday evening.
According to the Spokane Police Department (SPD), the pedestrian sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital.
Mission was closed near North Rebecca Street causing a major traffic back-up on Trent. SPD said the road is back open, but expect delays in the area.
The driver involved in this incident remained on the scene and is cooperating with police. It is unknown if charges will be filed at this time.
