One person life-flighted after house fire in Princeton

PRINCETON, Idaho. – One person was life-flighted to the hospital after a house fire broke out in Princeton Saturday night.

According to the Latah County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), the call came in at 9:18 p.m. on Jan. 28. When first responders arrived, the home was fully engulfed. According to LCSO, the home is not salvageable.

LCSO said one person was life-flighted to the hospital with injuries. We do not know the extent of those injuries at this time.

The cause of this fire remains under investigation. The State Fire Marshall is on the scene with investigators to determine the cause.
