
NASCAR two-time Cup champion Kyle Busch passed away Thursday, according to NASCAR.
NASCAR wrote in a statement Busch was ‘one of our sport’s greatest and fiercest drivers.’ He was 41 years old.
‘We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.’
Busch’s family posted this morning he was hospitalized for a ‘severe illness’ and wouldn’t be participating in racing events this weekend.
