SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Tribal Police Department confirmed that the missing Indigenous woman from Spokane has been located safely.

The Spokane Tribal Police are asking the public for help with any information about missing 27-year-old Jessica Birdtail.
She was last seen on Wednesday, Jan. 31 on Hamilton and Sharp in Spokane.
Jessica has a bottom lip piercing and has “changes” tattooed on her hand as well as a turtle on her chest.
She is 5’4″ and weighs around 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red shirt.
