Man indicted for allegedly sexually abusing multiple young children

OLYMPIA, Wash. – Marcus Jerome Douglas has been indicted for alleged aggravated sexual abuse of several children as young as 4 years old.

According to the US Attorney’s Office for Washington’s Western District, Douglas, a Nisqually Indian Tribe member, sexually abused three children from 2002 to 2006.

The minimum prison sentence for the offense is 30 years. Indictments are charges for crimes, but they do not imply that a court has found guilt.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is still actively investigating Douglas, and ask any victims or witnesses related to the alleged conduct to contact 1-800-225-5324.
