AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. – A man is behind bars after he stole a car from the Spokane Tribe Casino, crashed it nearby and attempted to flee from police Monday evening.
According to the Airway Heights Police Department (AHPD), a car was stolen from the Spokane Tribe Casino and within four minutes of the report, they found the exact vehicle wrecked on Highway 2 near South Hayford Road.
The driver fled, and a perimeter was established in the area. The suspect was found and arrested. AHPD confirmed the suspect had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest.
