LOON LAKE, Wash. – According to the Loon Lake School District, a man approached students at a school playground and offered them candy on Monday.
The school district reports that teachers quickly moved children away from the man and that he was asked to leave school district property.
Loon Lake educators say that there was no evidence the individual was engaged in nefarious activity, but that there is no reason an adult should be speaking with children with whom he is not related near a school.
