SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) is searching for a man who is suspected of smashing a business owner on the head with a flower pot on Feb. 24.
The man suspected of the assault was allegedly outside a downtown nail salon and engaging in disorderly activity with several other people.
According to the SPD, the man threw a drink on the ground, and proceeded to harass the store owner with the group after briefly leaving the establishment alone.
A bystander claims that the suspect dropped money on the floor and accused the owner of stealing the cash. He then walked out of the salon and kicked a flower pot over.
The owner confronted the man, at which point he smashed the pot over the store owner’s head.
