SPOKANE, Wash. — The Kendall Yards Night Market returns Wednesday evening for its 2026 season bringing thousands of shoppers to the heart of Spokane’s Kendall Yards neighborhood.
The weekly market draws up to 6,000 people every Wednesday evening to Summit Parkway, where more than 100 vendors offer goods from local farmers, food artisans and artists. The market runs from 5-8:30 p.m. and continues through the end of September.
This year’s market features an expanded live music program with two new performance locations. Musicians will now perform at My Fresh Basket and New Love Coffee in addition to the existing venue at The Nest.
“Our business is located at the other end of Kendall Yards so I am hoping that people who are coming in can get a little more involved on this side of the street and enjoy some music out here on our patio,” said Maddi Busk, manager for New Love Coffee.
Organizers said the addition of new music venues aims to support local businesses throughout Kendall Yards.
“We are really excited to bring more live music. We love supporting our local musicians and artists, and we really wanted to incorporate our east Kendall Yards businesses in the night market experience,” said Melanie Duffield, market director.
Duffield said their goal extends beyond commerce to building community connections. The event aims to bridge the gap between consumers and producers while fostering neighborhood relationships.
The market takes place along Summit Parkway, which closes to vehicle traffic from noon to 10 p.m. on market days. Organizers encourage visitors to park behind local businesses or in the West Central neighborhood to accommodate the large crowds.
