SPOKANE, Wash. – A student of Ferris Highschool reported a threat that sent the school into ‘secure and teach’ around 9:00 a.m. on Feb. 23.

The modified lockdown was only in place for around 20 minutes while Spokane Police Department investigated the report.

The Spokane Police Department found that the threat wasn’t credible and lifted the lockdown.

Adam’s Elementary School was also placed into ‘secure and teach’ solely because of its close proximity to Ferris Highschool.
