Evacuation lowered following Oregon Road Fire in Elk

ELK, Wash. – All evacuations for the Oregon Road Fire burning in Elk have been lowered.

Level 2 evacuations have been lowered to level 1 (Get Ready!) and all level 1 evacuations have been lifted.

The Oregon Road Fire is burning 10,898 acres and is 44% contained with a total of 653 fire personnel assigned, according to the Pend Oreille County Sheriff’s Office.
