POST FALLS, Idaho — One lane will be closed on East Mullan Ave near N. Mullan Ave near North Cecil Road due to a construction project on Dec. 18
According to the City of Post Falls Government, the southernmost eastbound lane will be closed for Avista to install a new pole.
Those planning on traveling eastbound should prepare for delayed travel on one lane. Drivers should watch for flaggers directing traffic onsite.
