SOAP LAKE, Wash.- A Moses Lake man suffered serious injuries in a DUI car crash near Soap Lake and was transported to the hospital via air ambulance.

On March 20 around 10:30 p.m., Devon White, a 22-year-old man from Moses Lake was driving west of Road 20 when he lost control of his car near the 3900 block.

His car struck a gravel driveway, became airborne, landed, struck a rock pillar and a wood fence and came to rest in the ditch.

White was transported by air ambulance to Confluence Health Hospital Central Campus in Wenatchee.

Investigators say White was not wearing a seat belt, and that speed and drug or alcohol impairment played a role in this crash.
