SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A crash is blocking I-90 eastbound near the Sullivan Road on ramp in Spokane Valley.
According to SRTMC, the crash happened just before 3 p.m. and is blocking both the left and right lanes.
The road is currently blocked until further notice.
