Collision knocks out traffic light in downtown Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. – A two-car collision at the intersection of west Spokane Falls Blvd. and north Washington St. knocked out a traffic light on Monday morning.

On Sept. 25, a truck and SUV collided in downtown Spokane. According to officials, the crash sent one person to hospital with minor injuries. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Traffic lights at the intersection were knocked out in the crash, and traffic has been narrowed to one lane in both directions. Drivers passing through should proceed with caution and be mindful of crews on scene.
