City buildings in and around Spokane will be closed for Thanksgiving

SPOKANE, Wash. — As we spend time with our family and friends for Thanksgiving, all city buildings and non-essential services will closed.

City of Spokane:

All city offices will be closed on Nov. 23 – 24.City libraries will close at 5 p.m. on Nov. 22 and reopen Nov. 25.Riverfront Park attractions will be closed only on Nov. 23.If your trash day is Thursday or Friday, crews will be doing your pickup one day late.

City of Spokane Valley:

City Hall and CenterPlace Regional Events Center will be closed from 12 p.m. on Nov. 22 – 5 p.m. on Nov. 24.

City of Post Falls:

Post Falls City Hall and city business offices will be closed on Nov. 23 – 24.If your trash day is Thursday, crews will be doing your pickup one day late.

City of Coeur d’Alene:

City Hall will be closed Nov. 23 – 24.If your trash day is Thursday or Friday, crews will be doing your pickup one day late.

All emergency services including police, fire department, sewer services and water services will be available.
