1 person injured after crash on westbound I-90 near Freya

A crash on westbound I-90 near Thor / Freya Street is currently blocking the right two lanes and causing significant traffic delays.

At 7:45 a.m. on Jan. 3, law enforcement received a call for a crash near the Freya interchange on westbound I-90.

Based on a press release from Washington State Patrol, crews arrived to a one car semi versus vehicle injury collision. They have reported that one person was still inside the vehicle but safely removed them.

This crash has caused a significant backup as traffic is at a standstill from Thor Street all the way to Argonne Road.

If you are headed out the door for your morning commute, expect significant delays.
