PASCO, Wash. — Washington State Patrol has issued an Amber Alert on behalf of the West Richland Police Department for a 14-year-old girl believed to be taken by a 35-year-old man on Nov. 24.
14-year-old Emma Liudhal was said to be last seen in the 3800 block of Curtis Drive on Nov. 24 around 3 p.m.
She is 5’1″, weighs 115 pounds, has long brown hair and brown eyes. Police say she was last seen wearing a dark brown jacket, black skirt, white tights and black boots.
35-year-old Roger Perez-Osorlo is said to have taken Emma. He is 5’7″, weighs 115 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt with blue letters “CA” and black pants.
The vehicle police are searching for is a blue 2006 Honda Civic 4-door with Oregon plate #CK05169.
