COLVILLE, WA —Detectives are searching for two suspects who fled the scene after stowing over $1,000 street value worth of drugs on October 19.
Stevens County Narcotics Enforcement Unit (PANE) observed Brandon Brigman and Tyra Swan showing visual signs that they were under the influence as they were in and out of a parked van. During a consensual encounter, the PANE Unit searched the vehicle and found a backpack.
According to Steven’s County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO), the bag contained Fentanyl products, Methamphetamine, Heroin, and two handguns.
The suspects left the scene before probable cause for their arrest could be developed.
Brigman and Swanare are wanted for multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of firearms, per SCSO.
