Twins missing from Utah for the last year may be in the Spokane area

PROVO — Provo Police detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating 7-year-old twin sisters who have been missing for nearly 10 months.

Amelia and Sophia Johns were last seen with their mother, Victoria Zoe Vincent, 29, on July 21, 2025, at a gymnastics class at the Orem Recreation Center. The family’s vehicle was found in the facility’s parking lot with keys inside.

Their father, Joshua Johns, filed a missing persons report in October 2025. A divorce decree finalized in December 2025 awarded sole custody to Johns.

Police say there is no indication the children are in immediate danger, but Vincent left with them without Johns’ knowledge or consent.

The Vincents have family connections in Washington State, Texas and California. The family may be using the surname Vincent.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Provo Police detectives at (801)-852-6210 or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at (800)-843-5678.

A Facebook page has also been created to help find the location of the missing girls.
