SPOKANE, Wash. — As you are starting to prepare all of your Thanksgiving dishes you may realize you forgot some ingredients. Or extra relatives or friends show up so you run out of pumpkin pie! You may think all the stores will be closed for the holiday, but there will be some open for you to get your last-minute items!
Stores open on Thanksgiving 2023:
- Big Lots: 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Albertsons: 3 a.m. – 11 p.m.
- Fred Meyer: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Safeway: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Walgreens: Open 24/7
Stores closed on Thanksgiving 2023:
- Best Buy
- Costco
- Dick’s Sporting Goods
- Home Depot
- Petco
- Sam’s Club
- Target
- Trader Joes
- Walmart
As this is a federal holiday, all courts, public safety buildings, public works, veterans services, and community services will be closed. If you are heading into downtown Spokane, parking will be free. Also, the US Post Service will not be delivering mail on Nov. 23 but will resume mail delivery the following day.
