SPOKANE, Wash. — Police asked for the public’s help in locating Javier Seaman-Buckenberger last week, and announced this afternoon he has been located in King County and was taken into custody where he awaits transfer.
SPD says the 19-year-old man was wanted on multiple felony charges, including attempted kidnapping and attempted rape.
The charges stem from multiple incidents that occurred over recent weeks, prompting several calls for service.
