SPOKANE, Wash. – State B Tournament Co-Director Dave Tikker says that the event is to remain in the Lilac City for at least the next four years.

State B has been held in Spokane for decades and brings millions in revenue to the city.

“There’s just a real strong sense of community. Last year we had two new state champions and the whole Spokane community enjoyed the moment,” Tikker said.

The tournament entered its second day on Thursday, and will extend into the weekend.

“There’s going to be some really good games–Friday and Saturday night is just electric in here,” Tikker said.

NonStop Local KHQ will offer State B coverage throughout Friday and Saturday.
