SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A Trent Avenue vehicle collision on Thursday night blocked traffic going both ways.
The crash, which took place west of Flora according to Washington State Patrol, involved two cars and drugs or alcohol.
It is not currently clear whether any arrests will be made in connection with the incident.
