SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Spokane Valley Mayor Pam Haley has announced she will be taking a short medical leave due to a health issue.
In a city release, Haley expressed optimism about her recovery and plans to return to her role soon.
During her absence, Deputy Mayor Hattenburg will assume all mayoral duties. Haley conveyed her confidence in the Council and staff to continue advancing the city’s priorities.
Haley thanked the community for their understanding and support, emphasizing her eagerness to return.
