SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – The Spokane Valley Fire Department and Washington State Department of Natural Resources will host a free wildfire readiness event.
The event will teach people how to get homes ready for wildfire season and attendees will also get a free action plan through Wildfire Ready Neighbors.
The event will take place at Redeemer Lutheran Church on March 19, from 11 a.m. through noon.
