SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Spokane Valley Deputies need your help finding someone involved in a hit and run on E. Broadway Ave resulting in a woman being sent to the hospital.

Deputies responded to a report of an injured woman just before 8:00 p.m. between N. Fancher Rd. and N. Havana St.

When deputies arrived a woman was lying on the sidewalk bleeding with severe injuries. She was then transported to the hospital and was listed in critical but stable condition.

Deputies began the investigation and due to the severity and type of injuries suffered by the victim they determined it was a car/pedestrian hit and run collision.

Traffic Unit Investigators were called to the scene, but with such little information about what led to the crash and who was involved they are asking for your help.

Investigators are also asking for businesses between Fancher and Havana that have cameras to review their footage in the 8:00 p.m. time frame on Wednesday Jan. 24th.

The suspect’s vehicle is believed to be traveling east on Broadway Ave. and most likely has front-end damage and possible damage to the windshield.

Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact Detective J. Welton at (509) 477- 3237.
